The 2025 conference fee is $45. The conference fee includes a full-day conference, light breakfast, lunch, snacks, refreshments and continuing education credits. 

In order to receive continuing credits, participants must attend the full day and visit the credit table prior to leaving for the day. 

Keyes Peak at 4960 Hwy 101, Florence WI is the home to the conference. 

Once the 2025 brochure is available, it will be posted here. Registrants can download, print & follow the form instructions to register and pay by mail.
