The conference fee is $40.00 which includes a full-day conference, light breakfast, lunch, snacks, refreshments and continuing education credits. 

In order to receive continuing credits, participants must attend the full day and visit the credit table prior to leaving for the day. 

Keyes Peak at 4960 Hwy 101, Florence WI is the home to the conference.
